Order Process:
1) Customer can place an order directly from our blog(recommended), or email your order to us (product code, colors, sizes.)
2) Once you have placed an order, we will check the stock for your order first and then you will be given an invoice with stock and payment information.
3) Upon payment received, we will arrange your goods for self-collection or via postage.Please note that late payment of orders will result in the delay of arrival time.
Payment:
1) MissQ only accept cash transfer via ATM fund transfer (DBS/POSB/UOB/OCBC).
2) Prices displayed on the MissQ Blog are quoted in Singapore dollars.
Delivery:
1) By Mail- Postage will depend on the weight of the parcel. There will be an additional SGD3.50 for registered mail and S$1.50 for **normal mail. MissQ would strongly advise our customer to opt for registered mail, to ensure our customer on the items purchased, an Article-Number will be provided to our customer after item(s) been post for tracking of delivery.
2) Self collection- Located at Choa Chu Kang Mrt. No extra charges imposed.
**Please note that MissQ shall not be responsible for any lost mail.
